Liability waiver
Before setting out, every participant signs a liability waiver: they take part voluntarily, understand the risks of hiking and agree to follow the guide's instructions.

I, [full name], ID number [number], being legally competent and of my own free will, have decided to take part in the adventure tourism activities offered by «Gatos On Tour», owned by Mr. Luis Fernando Zúñiga Araya, namely: hiking, and I am fully aware that such activities involve a risk of accidents that require some degree of skill and full compliance with the instructions of the company's guides and staff. For this reason, I expressly release «Gatos On Tour», owned by Mr. Luis Fernando Zúñiga Araya, and the staff who will guide me and give the corresponding technical instructions, from all liability. By this waiver, I give up the right to claim compensation for damages (contractual and non-contractual civil liability).
