Booking and payment

A partial payment is required to confirm your spot. It is non-refundable unless the guide cancels the activity due to weather conditions.

Rescheduling and weather

You can reschedule your tour for a future date, subject to availability. If the weather doesn't cooperate, your guide reschedules at no cost.

Health conditions

Let your guide know in advance if you suffer from dizziness or high blood pressure, are pregnant, take medication, or have any medical condition, injury or recent surgery that could affect your experience.
